Many of our couples choose to have their legal civil ceremony privately, often in advance, and celebrate their symbolic ceremony at their chosen destination. We're happy to guide you through this distinction and coordinate accordingly, wherever your legal marriage takes place.

We work fluently in English and German, and coordinate seamlessly with local vendors and venues across our destinations.

Our planning fee covers design, coordination and project management. Vendor costs (venue, catering, florals, entertainment, etc.) are separate and paid directly to those suppliers, giving you full transparency over your overall wedding budget.

While we've built strong relationships with trusted vendors across our destinations, we're always open to incorporating suppliers you already love or have your heart set on.

We typically work with a deposit to secure your date, followed by structured payments aligned with your planning timeline. Full details are shared during your initial consultation.

For full-service planning, we recommend reaching out 12–18 months ahead, especially for sought-after venues like those at Lake Como or in the Swiss Alps. Shorter-notice enquiries are always welcome for coordination or content services.
