Our full-service planning is designed for weddings with an overall budget from CHF 60,000, reflecting the level of bespoke design and vendor curation involved.

Yes. If you've planned your celebration yourself but want a calm, well-run wedding day, our Day-of Coordination service takes over logistics, timing and guest flow.

Yes. Our Additional Celebrations service covers welcome dinners, rehearsal evenings and recovery brunches — designed either as part of your Full Planning package or as a standalone booking for a specific event within your wedding weekend

Yes. Content Creation is available as a standalone service — perfect for couples who already have a planner or venue coordinator but want editorial-style photo and video content to capture the atmosphere of their day.

Many of our couples choose to have their legal civil ceremony privately, often in advance, and celebrate their symbolic ceremony at their chosen destination. We're happy to guide you through this distinction and coordinate accordingly, wherever your legal marriage takes place.

We work fluently in English and German, and coordinate seamlessly with local vendors and venues across our destinations.

Our planning fee covers design, coordination and project management. Vendor costs (venue, catering, florals, entertainment, etc.) are separate and paid directly to those suppliers, giving you full transparency over your overall wedding budget.

While we've built strong relationships with trusted vendors across our destinations, we're always open to incorporating suppliers you already love or have your heart set on.

We typically work with a deposit to secure your date, followed by structured payments aligned with your planning timeline. Full details are shared during your initial consultation.

For full-service planning, we recommend reaching out 12–18 months ahead, especially for sought-after venues like those at Lake Como or in the Swiss Alps. Shorter-notice enquiries are always welcome for coordination or content services.

Behind Amoria
With more than seven years of experience in event planning, I have had the privilege of creating and coordinating both intimate celebrations and large-scale events across Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and internationally.
Amoria was born from my belief that the most beautiful celebrations are never simply decorated. They are thoughtfully shaped around the people, the place and the feeling they are meant to leave behind.
I approach every celebration with a strong eye for detail, a love for refined aesthetics and the intention to create something that feels deeply personal rather than expected.
